National Queen Pageant Swimsuit Splash

Poolside at the Ocean Terrace Inn, Fortlands, will be a spectacular scene this Sunday 10th December with the 2006 Swimsuit Competition from 4.00 pm.

The ‘Sensational Six’ Contestants for this year’s National Carnival Queen Pageant will be making their first major appearance for points towards the big night on 28th December.

The young ladies, in order of appearance are:

Miss Kittitian Heights, Violet Williams
Miss St Kitts Nevis Anguilla National Bank Ltd, Sidama Jones
Miss Cable & Wireless (St Kitts Nevis) Ltd, Sacher Warner
Miss Beaumont Park Ltd, Camech Stevens
Miss St Kitts Music Festival, Isis Francis
Miss Carib Brewery (St Kitts Nevis) Ltd, Tesia Burton

Sunday afternoon’s event dubbed “Swimsuit Splash” will feature the Contestants in three (3) appearances – first “One Piece Wonder” – a whole swimsuit of their choice, then “Bold in Bikini” for the second and third segments from Roger Gary Designs. This international acclaimed designer flies in from New York with his 2007 collections including shoes and accessories.

The Judging Criteria will focus on physical fitness, poise, carriage, selection and fit of swimsuit.

This show will be hosted by Carla Astaphan and music will be provided by Magic Fingers Ronnie Rascal. Entrance to “Swimsuit Splash” on Sunday 10th December will be from the Fisherman’s Wharf side.
